Affordable 20th Century & Contemporary Art at Newfield Galleries

Newfield Galleries has a constantly changing range of affordable Twentieth Century art and contemporary ceramics to suit all tastes. The gallery is conveniently located in the historic market town of Newark on Trent which has an international reputation as a centre for ‘pre-enjoyed’ art and high quality antique objects.

Established by Peter and Lynne Chapman, the gallery will make some of Peter’s constantly evolving collection available at affordable prices. Newfield has a diverse collection of around 60 high quality framed paintings, in different styles and often by known or recognised artists, but always attractively priced. The gallery also sources a regular flow of really good ceramic pieces by well-known artists at or near the peak of their craft.

    Reginald Godfrey Allard was born in Chester in 1947 and is listed in “Artists in Britain since 1945″. We have been fortunate to be able to buy 11 of his works from a well known London auction house. They have all now been reframed and 10 are on display in the gallery (one has already
