Reginald Godfrey Allard was born in Chester in 1947 and is listed in “Artists in Britain since 1945″. We have been fortunate to be able to buy 11 of his works from a well known London auction house. They have all now been reframed and 10 are on display in the gallery (one has already sold). All the works deal with architectural subjects and all display very high levels of draftsmanship. The actual image sizez range 25 cm X 40 cm up to 100 cm X 68 cm and they are priced from £275 up to £500.

Three of the ceramic artists whose work we stock have received special plaudits. Work by both Stephanie Wright qand Shaun Hall has been featured in the trade magazine Ceramic Review. But best of all James Faulkner, in only his first yesr as a full time artist, has been selected as a finalist for the European Prize for Applied Arts 2012. Congratulations are due to all three but also good luck to James as the final approaches.

We are hoping to make some improvements to the website in the near future and to properly update the work we have on sale. We are also trying improve the quality of the images of the work which we show. In the meantime there may be a few glitches but please bear with us as it will be worth it in the long run.
